Description

This item has a reserve (estimated value $5,000-$10,000).

Among the last of 180-plus different pinball machines created by Chicago-based Williams Manufacturing Co. between 1944 and 1958, "Deluxe Short Stop" truly has it all—wonderful, light-up animation and scrolling numbers on the back glass; an action scene back box below; and a sleek, simple playfield design based around a trio of unpainted metal ramps. The difference between the regular "ShortStop" and "Deluxe Shortstop" was simply that the latter presented here is the replay version with the "match" feature offering the possibility of winning free games. It stands about 6 feet tall, 5-1/4 feet long and 2 feet wide. Fully operational EX condition with expected minor wear. One of the all-time great baseball pinball machines!

This item is located at our consignor's home in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area. Due to the size/weight, local pick up is strongly encouraged. If shipping, the arrangements will need to be made with a trucking company and the cost will be substantial.
