Baldwin to Postmaster of Terryville, CT. An elaborate "Benjamin Harrison / President of the United States of America" heading appears across the top, while the original seal and ribbon remain intact at lower left. The 19x16 visible area displays as apparent EX with faint surface wrinkles and minor toning. Matted and framed to 25x22. Auction LOA from JSA.
