Description

Lovable losers for most of their existence in St. Louis (save an AL pennant in 1944), the Browns were ultimately denied their shot at greatness until moving to Baltimore in 1953. Presented is an early 1950s St. Louis Browns Game Used cap pays tribute to the aforementioned club. The Tim McAulifee Inc. size 7 hat features moderate to heavy use including a cracked bill and tearing on the inside of the cap. The white “STL” sewn on front on the otherwise uniform dark brown accessory features moderate wear; this hat would be an excellent addition to any vintage baseball collection.
