Detailed description on our website.
Here’s one that will get your spidey-senses tingling. Created by Marvel guru Stan Lee and artist emeritus Steve Ditko in 1962 with some help from the incomparable Jack Kirby, The Amazing Spider-Man broke the super-hero mold by starring an angst-ridden teenager who was widely identified with by American youth. This web-headed wonder proved so popular that the esteemed comic publisher was compelled to offer myriad Spider-spinoffs, the first of which was The Spectacular Spider-Man in 1976. Founding father Lee has signed the offered copy of The Spectacular Spider-Man #48 with spine-tingling (“9-10”) potency by means of silver felt-tip pen. Boasting sinister Frank Miller cover art, this covetable issue has been designated (4.5 VG+) by CBCS for the quality of the comic and features triple signature certification in the form of a CBCS “Verified Signature” label, a PSA/DNA sticker affixed at bottom left and a Stan Lee Authentic Excelsior Approved sticker at bottom right.
