Detailed description on our website.
Beatlemaniacs belt out a chorus of “yeah, yeah, yeah” as you contemplate this group of 1960s souvenirs. The Beatles biggest hit single “She Loves You” took the music charts by storm on the strength of its infectious refrain. This famous recording shows up as the highlight of this lot with a tough Swan “red label” 45RPM record. Housed in a plain white sleeve, this classic disc shows in excellent condition with little signs of use. This important recording was produced with several label versions including the offered Swan example with red lettering/graphics over a white background, which is considered the toughest type. Several label printings and markings indicate this may be a DJ copy. The name “Ron Edwards” and the date “1964” are printed on the She Loves You “A” side only, the “B” side is titled I’ll Get You and does not have any extra markings. Additionally, the A-side has two “Xs” marked in green felt-tip pen and a pen notation that reads “1963 Late Dec”, which may signify that this was a not for sale disc.
