Detailed description on our website.
Check off a significant portion of your checklist for a run of title game programs. Offered are (5) different NFL championship game programs representing half of the 1950s. Though they have their issues, this attractive group presents plenty of winning attributes that are sure to win you over.
12/23/51 Los Angeles Rams vs. Cleveland Browns at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, front cover is very attractive with excellent Lon Keller artwork, page 5/6 is detached but present with a photo of Rams co-owner Bob Hope on page 5 and the Rams team on page which also has pen notations, centerfold leaf is absent
12/28/52 Cleveland Browns vs. Detroit Lions at Cleveland Stadium, easily the beast of this lot, rating a very solid (EX) designation with light traces of wear, cover is bold and glossy, pages are clean, bright and supple
12/26/54 Cleveland Browns vs. Detroit Lions at Cleveland Stadium, definitely a hardy survivor, this durable program is tinged on the perimeter with traces of both fire and water contact and remarkably it is both complete and appealing, showing approximate VG details with deference to the soot/staining on the edges, a great full page Sports Illustrated ad featuring Y.A. Tittle decorates the back cover
12/26/55 Los Angeles Rams vs. Cleveland Browns at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, registers as (GD) due to minor paper loss on the corners of the front cover and a 1x2 section of loss at the top left corner of the back cover, otherwise intact and decent with bright, glossy front cover and centerfold
12/30/56 New York Giants vs. Chicago Bears at Yankee Stadium, has two issues, a minor bit of surface loss on the front cover and tape residue lining the entire perimeter on the inside of the back cover, this residue staining bleed through to the back cover, other than that this edition is very appealing all around, showing EX-MT details
