19 All-Star Game appearances, 6 rings, 6 MVP awards and the All-Time scoring title (38,387 points) are just some of the achievements of Skyhook master Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (aka Lew Alcindor) on the court. Off the court, he was an interesting personality who stood up for the rights of racial and religious minorities in such a significant way that he was mentioned as a model for NBA athletes who tackle complex social issues today at this years ESPY awards. Abdul-Jabbar is the subject of this "Los Angeles Thirty-Three" Bill Williams Lithograph Lot of (131). The print depicts the jersey of the iconic center whose unblockable shots drove opponents crazy during his twenty year career.  Also shows a basketball and the stylish goggles that would later become synonymous with the 1980s, during which Abdul-Jabbar thrived.

Note: Although the specimen here shows some corner wear, the ones that the winning bidder will receive are professionally packed and presumably free of significant wear.
