Detailed description on our website.

The original Washington Senators really had just one sustained period of success 1924-1933, winning three AL pennants and the ’24 World Series, the franchise’s only championship during its D.C. tenure. Signed by (24) players, coaches and manager Walter Johnson, the offered 1932 Washington Senators team-signed baseball positions as an important representative of this “heyday” period, with all signers having departed to the field of dreams long ago. Noted as an “Official League” ball, this ancient orb shows fairly uniform moderate toning with well-worn factory stamps and a few small abrasions, to rate as (VG-EX). Signatures range from very bold to nearly undetectable with most in the “4” to “7” range. Highlights are: (3) HOFers with Johnson, Manush and Rice; and (6) keys with Altrock (boldest signature present), Berg, Judge, Kuhel, Marberry and Schact. Thankfully those of team manager and Hall of Famer Walter Johnson on the sweet spot and famous spy Moe Berg on the adjoining west panel are among the clearer examples. Full photo LOA from JSA.
