Description



Make a famous first yours, with the capture of this CGC graded inaugural issue of Sports Illustrated magazine. Dated 8/16/54, this hotly collected first issue is famous for its night baseball cover picturing Milwaukee Braves slugger Eddie Mathews at the plate, and even more so for the three-page gatefold of Topps baseball cards.
